Here is what you will need to qualify for bridge and fix-and-flip financing. Requirements vary by program and experience level.

Property Experience (Fix & Flip)

  • First-time flippers may qualify with a solid deal and higher down payment
  • Experienced flippers (3+ completed projects) get better rates and higher leverage
  • Track record documentation: prior HUD statements, project photos, or profit/loss summaries

Exit Strategy

  • Bridge Loans: Sale of existing property or refinance into a permanent mortgage
